Reporting and Documentation Prepare regular financial reports for stakeholders to keep them informed of the projectâ™s financial health. Maintain detailed documentation of all financial transactions and decisions. Check to ensure the Cushman & Wakefield Project Management Methodology (PMM) is being followed.
