Strong experience with review of MEP & fire alarm systems installation in accordance with design documents Commonwealth of Massachusetts Trades License Consistent participation in on-call schedule for after hour calls required. This may include working alternative schedules during on-call period. Ability to work overtime as needed to ensure critical systems stay running Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills. Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, customer, tenants and vendors. May be required to obtain certification as an Asbestos Associated Project Worker. Ability to work at various properties that may be assigned from time to time. Strong technical and problem solving abilities including those related to mechanical controls.
